Purchase of these products from DNA Script SAS, or from a DNA Script-authorized distributor, conveys to the purchaser a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable right under (i) the DNA Script DNA Synthesis Patent Rights, and (ii) US Patent No. 7,544,794 (claims 1 and 6 only) and US Patent No. 8,034,923 (claims 1-4 only), to use the purchased product to synthesize DNA polynucleotides by untemplated DNA synthesis using a DNA Script SYNTAX nucleic acid synthesis instrument, and to cleave the synthesized DNA polynucleotides from the solid support using components provided in those Kits only for internal, non-commercial research purposes, and does not include any right to make or have made the purchased product.
